We want you to be completely satisfied with your MONDSTEIN product. Should something not be right, we are happy to help you.

Note on weighted blankets

Weighted blankets can feel unfamiliar during the first few nights. Many users report that the pleasant feeling of security only fully develops after a few nights.

We therefore recommend trying the blanket for 5–7 nights so that your body can get used to the gentle weight.

The MONDSTEIN weighted blanket combines a weighted inner blanket with a soft, warming outer blanket – a special sleeping experience that may initially differ from a classic duvet.

Register a return

Should you still wish to return your product, you can easily register your return.

Please have the following information ready:

  • Order number (e.g. #00001)
  • Email address from the order

In the returns form, you can select the items and specify the reason for the return.

After submitting, you will receive an email with all further instructions for returning the item.

Return period

Returns can be registered within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Condition of the goods

Please return the product:

  • undamaged
  • without signs of use

We recommend testing weighted blankets over your bedding first to keep them clean and undamaged.

Inspection & Refund

Once your return has been received by us, it will be inspected.

After successful inspection, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Please note that processing may take a few days.
