Note
For deliveries to Switzerland, additional customs and import fees may apply and must be paid by the recipient.
Shipping Process
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
Packages are securely packed and handed over to the shipping provider.
Orders are usually shipped within one business day after receipt of payment.
Tracking
After shipment, you will automatically receive an email with your DHL tracking number.
This allows you to track the shipping status online at any time.
Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.
Please note:
Weighted blankets may feel unusual during the first few nights. Many users report that the feeling of comfort and security only fully develops after several nights.
We therefore recommend testing the weighted blanket for at least 5 nights so your body can adjust to the weight.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount including the original shipping costs paid.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
